What a great experience! My tire pressure was low due to the cold temperature. I was able to be serviced right away with great customer service. The lady explained to me everything that I could do and what had happened. They also have snacks/drinks in the lounge which is a plus! Definitely will be coming back to this location for quick efficient service!!!

The regular maintenance on my 2013 Crosstour was done in a timely, courteous and professional manner, and I was able to do my own work at a desk while I was waiting. This is what I have come to expect at Mike Smith, and once again I was not disappointed! Five stars to Service Manager Lee Lindsay and team, especially Ashley, Sarah and Sara, and not forgetting Mr. C!

It was quite a bit of a wait (3 and 1/2 hrs), but on the whole, a good experience. There's a nice waiting area with a play room for the kiddos as well as free snacks, drinks, and a coffee machine. They've always been straight with me on the maintenance that's needed on my pilot, and only do the work I ask for. I drive an older model, so the repair work can be kind of lengthy and expensive, but they even print out a little packet on work that needs to be done and the severity of the problems. The lady in charge (can't think of her name) is very kind and helpful. She always tries to get you the best prices for the work needed. I used to live in Shreveport, but would get whatever work was needed on my car done when I was down here for visits because their prices were so much better than the dealership there. Check online for coupons and deals too.

I've bought 2 cars from here and both have been hassle free. I get my oil changes and anything that needs to be fixed here as well. My Jeep Patriot 2009 was flooded by hurricane Harvey, but was still driveable. Unfortunately, the Jeep was too water damaged to drive and I only had liability on it. I have tried to buy from other dealerships only to be turned down.... so I wasn't going to even try again, but I had no choice. I called and spoke with Skyler... and from the very start I could tell that he sincerely cared and wanted to help whatever way he could to help me get a car. I wasn't only "another buyer", unlike other places, but a person who was desperately in need of a safe driveable vehicle. Long story short, i didn't even care what I got, as long as if was safe, but I ended up getting approved for a brand new 2018 Honda!!!, and I couldn't be more appreciative!!! The whole experience was smooth sailing from start to finish. I know it's easy to just write the negatives, and the positive things sometimes go unnoticed, but I want to say thank you to Skyler since from day one he did everything for me, and to the manager that helped me as well, along with everyone at Mike Smith Honda. These people are honest and trustworthy. Will HIGHLY recommend!!!

Great sales service, put me in a car which i didn't think would happen. I was able to lease! There service center ive called bcuz i had an issue with the parking brake and the young lady was able to diagnose and tell me how to get it unstuck on the phone. My fault, new kind of parking brake on 2017 model which I wasn't use to.
