I would buy a Honda any day of the year to begin with, but this dealership made it easy... and FAST! I was in and out within 2 hours leaving with what I wanted. The salesman was not pushy by any means, either. Instead, he was patient! Fantastic customer service. I will be back 😉

I live in the Dallas area. However, due to unsatisfactory experiences at my local Honda dealership, I now wait until I visit Beaumont to take care of ANY of my car needs. My Jeep Patriot 2009 was flooded by hurricane Harvey, but was still driveable. Unfortunately, the Jeep was too water damaged to drive and I only had liability on it. I have tried to buy from other dealerships only to be turned down.... so I wasn't going to even try again, but I had no choice. I called and spoke with Skyler... and from the very start I could tell that he sincerely cared and wanted to help whatever way he could to help me get a car. I wasn't only "another buyer", unlike other places, but a person who was desperately in need of a safe driveable vehicle. Long story short, i didn't even care what I got, as long as if was safe, but I ended up getting approved for a brand new 2018 Honda!!!, and I couldn't be more appreciative!!! The whole experience was smooth sailing from start to finish. I know it's easy to just write the negatives, and the positive things sometimes go unnoticed, but I want to say thank you to Skyler since from day one he did everything for me, and to the manager that helped me as well, along with everyone at Mike Smith Honda. These people are honest and trustworthy. Will HIGHLY recommend!!!

Great sales service, put me in a car which i didn't think would happen. I was able to lease! There service center ive called bcuz i had an issue with the parking brake and the young lady was able to diagnose and tell me how to get it unstuck on the phone. My fault, new kind of parking brake on 2017 model which I wasn't use to.

I was a tried and true Prius owner but went with my daughter to assist her in looking for a new car and the guys at Mike Smith, Anthony & Skyler were so accommodating, patient, helpful and friendly, that she and I BOTH bought new cars that day! They helped us get EXACTLY what we wanted even though they didn't have them on the lot. We test drove everything, and test drove again, picked colors, upgrades and accessories and the guys were never impatient or made us feel like we were a burden. My husband is now on track to get them to help HIM buy a new car. Lol It was easy and fun and we got great pricing! I highly recommend!

Excellent Service

My 2011 CRV was taken in for the front air inflators to be replaced, told it would take three hours, about two and a half hours later I received a phone call that it was ready, also received an email shortly after that saying that it was ready. The not only replaced the inflators but did a multipoint inspection and washed and vacuumed the car.
